Nobody tells the puffins the date. One week in August they are bobbing beside the boat, and the next they are gone to the open sea until spring. Right now they are still here, and these are the two daily tours that take you to them.

The classic wildlife run and the quickest way to puffin water. Two hours into Rathlin Sound past Rue Point, where the seals bask, and along the cliffs where a hundred thousand seabirds nest. Puffins on the water in season, and the season is now.
