Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24-hours notice of cancellation.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Contact us by email at to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. You will need to prove your cancellation is worthy of a full refund before we do so.

No-shows will be charged the full price.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they arrive at the vessel 10 minutes prior to departure.

* no-show is classed as a person who is not on the boat at the time of departure.
